Friends unlock

A locked pin on the map. To open it, you walk to within about 75 meters of where it was taken. GPS-verified and spoof-checked on the server — no shortcuts, no faking it from the couch. Then the photo reveals.

A private photo + voice note, pinned to your spot, locked to one friend. It shows up wrapped on their map. Optionally set to open on a future date — a birthday, an anniversary, the day they fly home.
